📜 By registering with Aqd Matrimonial, you acknowledge Allah as your witness and solemnly affirm the following declaration. Once your marriage proposal is finalized, fulfilling this commitment becomes your responsibility towards us. If you fail to honor this commitment, you will be accountable for it before Allah on the Day of Judgment.
⚠ You also understand that if you do not inform us after your proposal is finalized and fail to pay the Aqd Matrimonial proposal finalization fee, Allah Almighty may create circumstances that could even lead to the proposal being broken. Therefore, please ensure timely payment of the fee. ⛔
🤝 Oath / Declaration 📝
➡️ I solemnly declare and promise that, In shaa Allah, if a marriage proposal for my registered profile is finalized through any platform or source of Aqd, I will personally pay the Aqd proposal finalization fee to Aqd’s official account within 10 days of the proposal being finalized, without waiting for any reminder or demand from Aqd. I understand that if I knowingly fail to pay this fee, I will be answerable before Allah.
✅ Aqd Matrimonial, in line with its traditions, Alhamdulillah, welcomes members from all walks of life and does not wish to place an unnecessary burden on anyone.
• 👤 Male Members:
Upon finalization of the proposal, you will pay 10% of your total monthly income. For example, if your total monthly income is 200,000, your fee will be 20,000. However, if the calculated amount is less than 10,000, the minimum payable fee will be 10,000.
• 👩 Female Members:
Upon finalization of the proposal, you will pay 10% of the combined total monthly income of yourself and your Wali (guardian/provider under whose care you live). For example, if your combined monthly income is 150,000, your fee will be 15,000. However, if the calculated amount is less than 10,000, the minimum payable fee will be 10,000.
🤲 You also promise Aqd that, In shaa Allah, within 10 days of your proposal being finalized, you will pay your fee to our official account while acknowledging Allah as your witness, without waiting for any notice or reminder from us. Otherwise, you will be answerable before Allah. If you intentionally conceal this from us, Allah Almighty has the power to bring your proposal to an end.
