Aqad Matrimonial Membership Fee Refund Policy

At the time of registration and membership activation, based on the profile submitted by you, the requirements mentioned in your profile, and the existing policy regarding free membership extensions, if we are unable to send you relevant profiles, or if you are unable to establish contact with any of our members through any of our available channels, or if we are unable to arrange your contact with relevant members, or if you have not accepted requests from other members in accordance with the said policy (meaning that you were unable to establish contact with members according to your own requirements) and no mobile numbers have been shared, then you may receive a refund of the remaining amount payable to you two months after the expiry of your membership.

In fact, we ourselves will contact you and inform you that we have made our full effort, but no proposal matching your requirements is available with us; therefore, you may receive a refund of your membership fee.

For example, if you purchase a two-month membership and, during those two months, we are unable to arrange your contact with even one member, we will contact you ourselves two months after the expiry of your membership and ask you to claim your refund.

However, if you wish to claim a refund yourself, you will be required to make a sworn declaration, and the amount corresponding to the number of members whose contact numbers were shared with you will be deducted, while the remaining payment will be refunded to you.

For example, if you were connected with a total of 4 members, whereas a minimum of 8 member contacts had been promised during your two-month membership, you may receive a refund of half of your two-month membership fee.

Refunds for Lifetime Membership are provided upon the member’s request, and the minimum period for claiming such a refund is 18 months.

Apart from the circumstances stated above, the membership fee is non-refundable under all other circumstances. For example, if your marriage proposal is finalized through another source, or if you change your mind regarding our services, etc., the membership fee will remain non-refundable.

Transfer of Membership Fee

The membership fee is non-transferable. The payment may only be used for the profile for which it was originally made and cannot be transferred to any other profile.

Fee After Finalization of a Marriage Proposal

Any fee applicable after a marriage proposal has been finalized is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.F
